Products Formica (high pressure laminate HPL)
Formica is manufactured by fusing multiple layers of impregnated paper under high pressure and temperature to create a hard-wearing, durable, and hygienic surfacing material. The wide range of designs, colors, and simulations, the variety of grades, and the different surface textures and finishes available make proper specification and fabrication paramount to successful end-use.

Formica is used in the decorative surfacing of furniture, cabinets, bench tops, walls, ceilings, floors, and doors.
Packing: A pallet of 500 sheets.
Handling: Sheets should be treated carefully since edges and corners are vulnerable to impact damage. A protective coating is supplied on all sheets for protection during handling.
Storage: Formica laminate should be stored horizontally, with a caul board or other protective sheet placed on top to protect the material from possible damage. The material should be protected from moisture, and should never be stored in contact with the floor or an outside wall. Optimum conditions for storage are approximately 24 0C and 45% to 55% relative humidity.
