Phenolic Resin for friction material
Powder resins are essentially modified or unmodified solid phenolic novolacs that are ground with the crosslinking agent, mainly hexamethylenetetramine (Hexamine), to a powder consistency and mixed with other additives depending on the application needs.

- Processing and reinforcement for rubbers like natural nitrite and SBR etc.
- Heat resistance brake linings.
- Grinding wheel.
- Shell molding for making foundry molds and cores.
- Bonding of cinema arc carbon & cinema electrodes.
- Lamp capping cement.
Packing: 25Kgs. net laminated polyethylene bags.
Handling: It is advisable to wear a dust mask while emptying the bags. Hands should be thoroughly washed at the end of the working day and before meals.
Storage: Storage in a cool and dry place at 250c gives stability for 6 months.
