Urea formaldehyde liquid resin
It is classified as a thermosetting adhesive polymer produced by a condensation polymerization reaction between urea and formaldehyde. Due to its high reactivity and cost efficiency, it is the most popular binder for interior products.

The hardener quantity depends on pressing conditions like temperature, timing, pressure, and thickness.

- Manufacturing of interior particle board and plywood.

Packing: • 1000 liter HDPE drums.
• 25.000 – 30.000 liter isolated tank.
Handling: Like any formaldehyde product, skin contact should be avoided. Hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and hot water at the end of the working day and before meals.
Storage: It should be stored in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place at all times (4 weeks at 200c)
